The actor did not disclose the cricketer’s name but said she has decided to take legal steps against him. In a statement shared on Instagram, Huma claimed the relationship had been “abusive” and alleged that the cricketer contacted her relatives and friends while attempting to harm her professional image.
Calling the past few weeks a difficult and disturbing period, Huma said she had been facing alleged harassment for nearly two months, which compelled her to speak publicly.
In her now-deleted Instagram post, she accused the individual of crossing boundaries by allegedly threatening and harassing her, adding that the situation continued despite their lack of communication during that period.
Huma said she plans to reveal further details and seek legal action regarding the allegations.

Huma said she had remained silent despite being in what she described as an abusive relationship, but decided to speak out after what she called a breaking point.
She alleged that the matter involved attempts to defame her among others and said that every situation has multiple sides. The actor added that she had preserved relevant conversations and evidence and would present them through her legal team.
