A 24-year-old Pakistani woman will represent the country at the Miss World Festival, scheduled to be held in Vietnam this year.
She will take part in the international event, showcasing Pakistan’s culture and representing the country on the global stage.

Anniqa Meraj has been named Miss World Pakistan 2026 and will represent Pakistan at the 75th edition of the Miss World Festival in Vietnam, making history as the country’s first participant in the global beauty competition.
The prestigious event will be held from August 9 to September 5, as announced in a post shared by the official Miss World Instagram page.
Anniqa Meraj said she aims to fulfill her dream of becoming a State-Authorised Public Accountant while also working to promote children’s rights and girls’ education for a better future in Pakistan.
The official crowning ceremony was held at Faletti’s Hotel in Lahore, where she was crowned by Dr Shafaq Akhtar, Miss Pakistan Universal 2022, and Attaullah Gujjar, Mr Pakistan World.
According to the Miss Pakistan World organisation, Anniqa is a seasoned pageant contestant who has taken part in six international competitions and earned four winning titles.
Pakistan is set to make its first appearance at the Miss World Festival, following recent participation in other international beauty contests, including Miss Universe, where Erica Robin and Roma Riaz represented the country.
Organisers have called Anniqa’s participation in the Vietnam event a landmark moment, as Pakistan prepares for its historic debut at the Miss World stage.
